Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
48 Hours Notice
We kindly ask that your provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Where possible, please contact Mend & Move Injury Clinic as soon as you know you are unable to attend.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, and cancellation fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
